Saying bye to our first HOME!

We bought our first home in 2010. I was pregnant with Savannah and we tore up all the carpet and floors and re-did everything. We put a lot of work into this home and loved all the upgrades. We painted every room, put in new baseboards, upgraded the kitchen, put new carpet and wood floors in, built a deck in the backyard, pulled numerous weeds, built shelves in the garage. It was a lot of work but also very rewarding. We brought all three of our kids to this home and have made so many memories here. We loved our neighborhood and our ward and it was really hard to say goodbye. We are so grateful for all those memories we have made and will always cherish them. It was sad to leave but we are so excited for this next chapter in our lives in Oregon. We feel so blessed!

I served in the Primary Presidency with Karen and Sloane. We had so many fun times and so many laughs. I learned so much for their examples and love for the gospel. I will always be grateful for the time I served in Primary and for the wonderful women I served with.

Trisha was one of my closest friends. I will miss having play dates with our kids and going out for ice cream in the evening. She was such a good friend and always will be!

Rachel volunteered to fly out and help us on the move. She helped us pack the entire home and drove with us to Oregon. She drove the whole way so I could sit int he back and help the kids. She was a life saver. I am SO SO grateful for her help and it was so fun spending time together.

We made it to Oregon... we are back at Sir Charles Court until we find a home. The girls are having a blast and we are excited for this next chapter in our lives!

Meeting Ellianna and Vacation to Park City

Chase and Jessie had their sweet Ellianna and she is perfect. It was so fun to go to the hospital and meet and hold her. I couldn't believe how big Hudson looked next to her. He is growing so so fast!

STEPHEN IS OFFICIALLY DONE WITH THE BAR EXAM! I can't tell you how exciting that is. He has worked and studied so hard these last three years and he is finally done. I am so grateful for all his hard work and for all he does to support our family. Precoa flew Hudson and I out to Oregon after Stephen too the bar to look at homes together. The girls stayed in Utah and were babysat by Nana, Papa, Grandma, and Grandad.
Hudson was such a trooper with all the driving and getting in and out of the car to look at multiple homes.

I mean seriously how can he not make you smile!
We also went on a mini vacation in Park City before moving to Oregon. It was SO much fun to be with family and go on a little trip to celebrate. We had a blast! Aug 6th-9th.

At 3 months Hudson: loves to be held, is smiling and cooing lots, eats every 2 hours, is getting chubby, loves when his sisters talk and tickle him, sometimes likes the binky, hates tummy time, loves chomping on his hands, loves milk. :)

Savannah, Tammy Lee, and Hudson all at 3 months!

One more month in Utah...

August 1st-5th
It is hard to believe that we no longer live in Utah. It was a really busy time before we left but we made sure to spend a lot of time with family and friends. We are really going to miss being close by our family and I know it will be a big adjustment for the girls. We are so grateful that we have such wonderful and loving grandparents on both sides. They are such great examples to our kids.

Here is Grandad Jett holding Lucky on the left (4 months) and Hudson on the right (3 months).
We went with Nana and Papa to Chucky Cheese and had a blast. The girls were running all around with Papa using tokens while Nana snuggled Hudson.

Savannah is 4 1/2 and makes me smile everyday. She is an amazing helper to me and loves to please Stephen and I. She really is such a good girl and I am so proud of her. She is so kind to her friends, shares her toys, and is the best big sister to Tammy Lee and Hudson.
Hudson is 3 1/2 months old and is getting cute and cuter by the day. He is cooing, sucking on his hands, kicking his legs, and gaining weight. His cheeks just keep getting bigger and bigger and we love it. He still is not the best sleeper and wakes me up every two hours. On the bright side he gives the cutest 2 a.m smiles. :)
I think it is his way of saying, "Thanks mom, I know your tired but I love milk."

Tammy Lee is starting to draw people now. Can you see those chalk heads and big eye balls. She is so stinking cute!
The girls had so much fun playing with Dallas and Tanna. They laughed and played so well together. It was so great to catch up with my great friend Kristin while the kids played. She is the kind of friend where even though you haven't seen them in a while you pick up right where you left off and have so much fun catching up.
I wish I could include all the pictures Savannah does. She is my little artist and is getting so good at writing each persons name in the family. I love watching her learn.
 My heart could explode!
We were so excited for Stephen to take the bar and officially be done with law school. He has worked SO hard these last three years and does so much for our family.

We decided to be adventurous and climb on the roof with the girls to watch fireworks on Pioneer day! Savannah was hesitant at first but we had so much fun. Tammy Lee said, "This is the best day ever."
