Williams Family get together!

We had such a fun weekend in Utah. We made the 12 hour drive and enjoyed being with my family for the weekend. It flew by way too fast and we were all in heaven being back together again. We played games, went to Thanksgiving Point, laughed at the babies, watched movies, ate great food, and enjoyed Easter Sunday all together!
It was weird being back in Utah since we no longer live there. We miss it so much!

 Papa sneaking Hudson a cookie!

Enjoying the petting zoo at Thanksgiving Point.

Easter Sunday (Loving the toe point Savy ;))

It was hard saying bye to everyone again. Especially Nana and Papa. Tammy Lee cried long enough for the rest of us. She was really sad to leave NANA! Although it is hard to live far away... it makes gatherings like this so special!

T-Lee gets bangs!

Tammy Lee kept telling me about her friend in primary who had bangs. I asked her if she wanted me to cut her bangs. A big smile creeped across her face and she said, "yes!" The next morning I chopped her bangs and when she looked in the mirror she immediately looked down at her feet and said she didn't like it and wanted them to go away. I tried to convince her that they were sooo cute but she still didn't budge. I swept her bangs to the side like they are in the 3 pictures below and she was ok with that. After a full day of people telling her how much they LOVED her bangs, she decided the weren't so bad and started loving them!
I think she is as cute as ever with bangs.
I love that little girl SO much!

This is the only picture I have from our Sherwood Easter Egg Hunt. It was pouring down rain, we were freezing, and Tammy Lee fell asleep on Stephen's shoulder. Notice Savannah's huge bag full of Easter Eggs... that girl doesn't mess around. Her competitive spirit shines through even during an Easter Egg Hunt. haha
While I was working out one morning, Savannah was so eager to show me a surprise she had done for me. She took me by the hand and was beaming while she walked me up to my room to show me that she made my bed. I melted seeing her excitement and love what a thoughtful girl she is. She knew it would make me happy and all day as I walked in and out my room I smiled looking at my crocked bed sheets and pillows. Moments like this make all the hard mommy moments worth it.

Visiting the coast + more

We spent a saturday in Tillamook, Oregon visiting the coast and exploring the Tillamook factory. I love/adore this family of mine and love going out on outings together. We are having fun exploring Oregon!

I have been reading a book about tidying up and only keeping things that spark joy. It is called "The Life Changing Magic of Tidying Up." It has really changed my perspective on what I buy and keep in my home. A clean and organized space clears my mind and brings me joy.

Hudson James (10 and 11 months)

Hudson is getting bigger and bigger everyday! He is 11 months old and is still a handful but oh SO lovable. He weighs 19 pounds and is in the 35th percentile for weight.
He is currently breaking 4 teeth through on top and has been drooling like crazy.
He has been more cranky and clingy then normal... prob due to all this teeth pushing through. Poor boy!
He has recently learned how to army crawl but will only be happy if I am in the room while he plays and crawls around. The second I walk away it is game over and he will cry until I pick him up.
Hudson has had a rough start to 2016. He has been sick on and off with ear infections and congestion. He ended up being allergic to an antibiotic and was covered in hives.
It has been a rough couple months for mama and baby but we are getting through it and he is doing much better.
He loves going on walks and looking around at all the fun things outside.
He loves swinging on the swing at the park.
Loves when I bounce him on my knee and play peekaboo.
Smiles with his big open mouth grin at people everywhere we go.
Stephen loves that he is now reaching for him and feels so comfortable with daddy.
We adore this little boy and can't believe he has almost been in our lives for a year!
We love you Hudson!
