Tammy Lee - 9 mths

I can't believe Tammy Lee is 9 months old. She is growing up so fast and while I am loving watching her grow and seeing her personality develop it makes me sad how fast it is going. I felt like just yesterday I brought her home from the hospital and she was only 5 pounds, hooked up to monitors, and on oxygen. She has grown so much since then and I am so grateful that she has done so well despite being pre-mature.

9 month milestones:
-Rolls like crazy
-Two bottom Teeth
-Loves to gibber gabber
-Pulls up on things
-Loves any food or snack you give her
-Army crawling
-Loves to snuggle
-So smiley
-Gets nervous when strangers talk to her
-Loves when Savannah plays Peek-a-boo
-Loves to jump in her jumper
-3 naps a day
-Chunk of Love

Here she is jumping while Savannah insists on helping her. She is all smiles when she is in the jumper and loves when people watch her.

She is one lucky girl to have inherited her Dad's baby blue eyes. People comment on how beautiful her eyes are wherever we go.

Savannah, Tammy Lee, and Mama

I had so much fun getting together with a great friend I met in Rexburg. It has been 3 years since I have seen Pax. So crazy how time flies. It was the first time I met her husband and the first time she met my girls. She is starting a photography business and is so talented at what she does. She snapped some pics of the girls and these are some of my favs!

Go to sleep mama...

I need to write this little story about Savannah down before I forget it. She is such a fun girl and I love her cute little personality traits.
Last Sunday after church we were just relaxing after church and I fell asleep on the couch. Stephen was on the computer, Tammy Lee was taking a nap, and Savannah was just entertaining herself with toys and such. I started to wake up and saw that she was coloring with markers. While I was watching her she started to color on her hand/arm.

I said, "Uh oh Sav, color on your paper."
She looked up at me with a little scowl on her face and said, "Mama, you go back to sleep... go to sleep mama."

It gave Stephen and I a good laugh. Shes like Mom it is so much easier when you are asleep because you don't bug me and I can explore and do what I want.
She cracks us up.
Love my Savannah Jane!

Savannah - 28 months
Savannah is getting so big. She is talking a ton and loves to tell stories. She loves saying the prayer for dinner every night and loves to sing songs. Her favorites right now are twinkle twinkle little star and the wheels on the bus. Her tantrum phase is dwindling and she is easier to reason with. She loves nursery and is really into trading toys. If a kid has a toy she wants she will show them another toy and try to convince them to trade her. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. ;) Savannah is our social butterfly, she is not shy at all and loves to play with friends. Her best friends are Daisy, Olivia, Brylee, Chase, and King. Her favorite tv show is Daniel Tigers Neighborhood and Elmo. She is still sooo sweet to Tammy Lee and is very protective over her. They are so funny together. She is a much better eater. She will usually eat whatever we are eating for dinner and is more open to trying things. It has been so nice. We have been going to the pool a lot and Savannah is our little fish. She loves the water. Me and Stephen love seeing how much fun she has when we go to 7 peaks.

Splash splash

These two crack me up! There isn't a day that goes by that they don't have me laughing about something. The other night they were playing in the tub and having fun. I still put Tammy Lee's tub in the bath because even though she can sit up she tends to slip and slide around in the bathtub. Out of no where Sav decided she wanted to join her in her tub. Tammy Lee was thrilled and they were both cracking up. Tammy Lee kept grabbing Savannah's hair, ear, and arms. They are so funny!
I love those two!
